3. Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and complete Takedown Notice, we will:
- Review the notice to verify it meets DMCA requirements
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly (within 10 business days for complete, valid notices)
- Notify the person who provided the allegedly infringing content that the material has been removed or disabled
- Keep records of all DMCA notices received
Please note that we may forward your takedown notice, including your contact information, to the person who posted the allegedly infringing material, as permitted under the DMCA.
4. Counter-Notification (DMCA Counter-Notice)
If you believe that material you posted on RemoveTheWatermark.com was removed or disabled in error (e.g., due to a mistake or misidentification of the material), you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will reinstate the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material prior to that time.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, RemoveTheWatermark.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
